public transportation quick bite summer heat

The location offered convenient access to public transportation. A bistro was located across the street from the building (it made grabbing a quick bite quite easy). Air conditioning worked well, great with the summer heat.

The elevator was noticeably slow.

broken shower hose unexpected light

the room was clean and it had everything i needed.

the shower hose was broken and this made showering difficult. also, the lights would go off unexpectedly, only for a couple minutes, but it happened several times and it was annoying. i think the hotel should fix these things.

convenient location and amenities

convenient location quiet room valuable feature

i stayed for a few nights and found the location quite convenient, close to transportation and various restaurants. the room was quiet, a nice benefit , especially with closing the blinds, it was dark. the cleanliness was noticeable, and i appreciated that. i have stayed before, so i knew it had a lift, a valuable feature when i had luggage.

Dining

9/10

the hotel had a good breakfast area with a diverse selection. many local shops, bars, and restaurants surrounded the location. i did not try it, but a nearby boulangerie named 'boulangerie' offered fresh bread, according to other guests.

Service

8/10

the staff was generally open and friendly, which i valued. daily housekeeping ensured the room had fresh towels and amenities. i found the reception at arrival a little cold and distanced , but it was overall positive.

Facilities

9/10

the spa facility was a welcome addition to the hotel. my room had a safe, a mini-fridge, a kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, and sweet treats. sockets near the bed made phone recharging easy.
